We are located in Zones 5 & 6 in southeast Iowa. We take only a select number of hunters each year to maintain a good number of 140+ inch bucks. We have an 87% success rate on Whitetails and 100% on Turkeys.
The area is a mixture of rolling, wooded hills, intermixed with crops of corn, soybeans, alfalfa and clover. We have tree stands, elevated box blinds and ground blinds in place on main trails and over maintained food plots. Our property borders land managed and hunted exclusively by leading TV pro's.
We take hunters during archery, gun and muzzleloader seasons. Slug guns, muzzleloaders and large caliber pistols may be used.
Lodging is not included in the hunt, but can be added on for an extra fee. We will assist with booking of motels, all within 20 miles of your hunting area.

Hunt Prices
Archery Hunts - 5 day hunt - $1000 - October 1st - November 31st
Gun season 1 & 2 - 5 day hunt - $1500 - 1st Saturday in December - 2nd Saturday in December
Late Muzzle Loader - 5 day hunt - $1250 - Monday after 2nd Gun - January 10th
If you do not draw a tag we offer a guided, party type hunt that lets you hunt this year DURING THE GUN SEASONS ONLY and you get to keep your points for next years drawing. Hunt price is $2,000. Very Limited Availability on these hunts.
License application period is from May 1 - May 31. You can apply at www.iowadnr.gov.
