I have shot 5 cases of steel shot tough it and i have had not one NOT ONE problem. i have killed well over 200 ducks with it.IF you are thinking about buying one get one with camo finish. it does not rust and it is easy to hide. It has been the best gun i have ever owned. It has been droped in the water and beat up and the camo makes like i just bought it.
