This rifle is a great example of terrific workmanship and styling. The 24" barrel really balances nice and gets the most velocity from the 30-06 I'm using. This rifle is so well made and shoots so well I just put a Model 700 Sendero in .300 Remington Ultra-mag on layaway. My Winchesters have pretty much not seen the light of day since I brought this rifle home.
