whitetail

Hunter: jim gebhardt
Location Taken: maryland
Story:
................sitting 36 feet up, I peered intently through the thick fog of dense poplar forest in the direction of all the comotion. Slowly, the fog began to lift and the deer appeared as apparitions scurrying about in the mist. 400 yards away, I could pick out a large figure, with a few cracks of the antlers, I was able to coherse him away from a herim of 30 does and within range. A morning no narrative could ever describe.
