I liked the way it climbed.But dont think you can just get it out of the package and be a pro. I practiced every day 1 hour for a month and I am still not the best. I really liked the one inch seat cusion it becomes your best friend when you are in a tree for four hours hunting hogs and whitetail. I also liked the weight it isnt too heavy. but the one thing I did not like was the way it's 45 degree arms are attached to the seat and the platform, it gave me some trouble when I put it together the first time. Over all I reall like this stand. Trust me you will like it
