.308 Winchester w/walnut stock. Out of the box the stock had a few nicks that I touched up. Trigger was fine as set by the factory. Accuracy is sub-moa with both Federal and Winchester 150 grain soft points. Fusion 165 grain produces moa. The fit and finish is very good for a plain-jane rifle. The action cycles quite smoothly and the rifle has a decent recoil pad. Only complaint is the plastic magazine (would much prefer metal) which costs around $80 to replace. I have not found any after-market magazines yet. All-in-all, for the money this is easily the best value in a hunting rifle on the market today.
