Got the gun one week before the last muzzleloader season of 2005. Put a 3-9-50mm Simmons scope on it and sighted it in according to the manual. Shot three times at 100yrd with Powerbelt 295grain HP all three shots were touching each other. Got the gun BBL with black synthetic stock for $200 scope and mounts $50. Have not seen a tighter grouping black powder rifle anywhere in this price range. Next review is the the $89 Thompson Black Diamond I picked up at Wal-Mart.
