I have owned both models listed and wore them approximately three weeks per year each. they were well taken care of and stored properly. when they hit between two and three years old the soles disintegrate. I called the manufacture about the problem and they advised the warranty was for one year and then implied that I probably was subjecting the boots to something that caused the sole deterioation. Apparently the hunting and everyday use they were subjected to are not normal wear. I just pitched my last pair and would rate the Rocky boot and ROCKY'S customer service as below poor. Their great if you want a one year boot in the $125. price range.
