I purchased a Baikal MP153 Black Synthetic 3.5 Autoloader 12 gauge shotgun for $269.00 online at CDNN. At first I did have doubts over the quality of this firearm because of its low price range. After 6 months of hunting and target shooting, I'm very pleased with the performance of this firearm. This shotgun simply works with all rounds from the heaviest 3.5 magnum loads down to 2-3/4, 1-1/8 target loads. This shotgun cycles, patterns lead & steel loads with a degree of performance known to other more expensive magnum autoloaders. The fit and finish of the MP153 Synthetic is decent for a lower cost hunting firearm. This shotgun handles and swings well although is a bit cumbersome at 8 pounds for upland hunting. This gun is outstanding for waterfowl and turkey hunting. A must buy for the budget minded hunter who desires an autoloader that shoots all 12 gauge loads without a problem.
