This gun is a joy to shoot and performs flawlessly under all conditions. It is heavy at 11 pounds but I like the solid robust feel of it and carrying it all day is actually excellent exercise. The recoil lets you know this is a very powerfull gun but is not at all punishing. A 10 guage does take a little getting used to due to its size but once you becme comfortable with it you will never want to go back to a 12 guage again.
