Had a private land hunt in N.M. Didn't see any elk on the ranch, not even fresh tracks. Couldn't stay in camp because it was already occupied by other hunters. Never met the outfitter, Ric Sears. The weather was perfect, cold and snow but their was no elk on the ranch. Would recommend that if you are booking a hunt with this outfitter that you do a good background check before you pay any deposits.
