My guide (Sheldon Fiske) was very good, provided his own ATV's and Tree Stands. They were of good quality and well maintained. Other guides seemed very knowledgable but used camp equipment. Camp supplied Tree Stands were reported very uncomfortable and possibly dangerous (Homebuilts). Camp supplied ATV's were in marginal condition, brakes and lights inop etc. Five hunters took nine bears (three archery hunters / five bears plus one wounded and two rifle hunters / four bears.)I would hunt with Sheldon again and with the other guides if equipment was improved. These guys know their bears but need to work on equipment selection and maintanence.
