Overall Impression: Great hunting

During the Christmas holidays, my son and I hunted at NTO twice. As usual we had a wonderful time, seeing many very nice animals. My son shot a monster hog (500+ pounds with 3+ inch tusks). NTO has a nice population of hogs. During the two days of hunting we must have seen 15-20 hogs, most 150-250 pounders. I was able to shoot an excellent four-horn. He will probably rank in the top 10. In terms of a Texas hunting ranch, NTO is somewhat small, but as the saying goes, size isn't everything. These guys are the best at getting you exactly what you want. They're a great bunch of guys and fun to be around. They give 110 percent on everything they do. They know the animals and the lay of the land and how to give you the shot to remember.
