Overall Impression: Worst lease we've ever been a part of

We leased a pasture at Mustang Creek for $15,000.00 and didn't see ONE deer over 120 points in Cotulla, Texas. The owner practically lived on the ranch, conducted Dove hunts in our absence on our leased property, had day hunters on a 400 acre pasture in between our pasture just about every weekend. He shot numerous Raccoons from under our feeders and let them lay there for the week. The ranch hands were constantly driving throughout the lease and after we leased the property, he sub-leased part of our pasture to a cement company to build a cement silo. Trucks then were in and out of our pasture daily. Crook! Not one local person in Cotulla has anything nice to say about this man. Do your research on Jerry and Mustang Creek Ranch in Cotulla. I wish we had.
