Overall Impression: Horrible

Very poor hunting areas, not even old sign. The area was void of elk, all hunting was on public land and never seen an elk all week. Owner (Conrad) was rude, extremely foul mouthed and seemed a little unbalanced due to his unexplained temperment to guides and hunters alike...very strange. Maybe chemically imbalanced, not sure. Whatever the cause of disposition, it's and awful way to run a business.
