Hunt was ok. Was told meals were included as well as were paid for, after driving 700 miles were told no meals would be provided or prepared and no refund was offered or made. Campers were provided including mice and no heat. Guide did field dress and drag deer. Southerly winds prevent adequate access to stand sites. Morning hunting on available land is next to impossible because of lack of access.

Outfitter Response: Silver Rock Hunting has been in business for several years.We have many clients that come back many times.We have a farm in Jefferson county in Ohio which is one of the best big bucks counties in Ohio.We have the primary crop land within 3 miles surrounded by many acres of Lumber Company.We stay in a 90 ft. pole barn with cement floor 3 travel trailers with propane heat.There is a barbecue grill and picnic table in the building.We do not supply food but there are places you can get food to go if you don't want to cook.My farm has grat access for those who hunt.The only people that didn't have access are those who drink all night and don't get up in the morning to go hunting.When they did get up in the afternoon to go hunting they always took beer with them in the woods.They would throw their empty cans and food bags on the ground at stand locations.At the end of their hunt I took Ronney Donaldson up in the woods to clean up the trash they left at the stand locations his group used.I told him throwing trash on the ground was not exceptable for any hunters.He did not like hearing that but it's not my place to clean up the trash that people throw on the ground,it's my job to help people harvest nice deer.My farm is available to be checked out 12 months a year.What you see is what you get.Come look for yourself.Call for an appointment 330-738-3803 ask for Al.
