Overall Impression: It was a short but good hunt

I got in the stand early in the morning, shortlyafter they spread the mornings feed and the boarscame out a few minutes later. I watched patientlyfor the boar I wanted to give me an open shot. Ishot and the big boar went a few yards and died.I shot it with a .270 rifle. The boar weighed 400lbs. and the guides did a good job cleaning itand getting it out of there. The owner and staffwere all very nice people.
