I was looking for a reasonably priced place to hunt hogs in NE Texas, and I found it. Great accomodations and food, lots of hogs (and other game) on the ranch, hunt is tailored to your liking. When I had a minor rifle malfunction they offered to let me use their 30-.06. When I commented on how many rabbits I saw, they offered to let me use their ATV and spotlight to go after bunnies in the evening at no charge. They genuinely want you to have a good time hunting. I cannot wait to go back.
