Overall Impression: Excellent

My hunting experience was excellent. Our guides Todd and Lynn were very helpful and went out of they ways to accommodate all our needs. The lodge was clean, inviting and relaxing. They have three hunting areas encompassing several thousand acres. Some areas are very mountainous and some are open fields and valleys. They can cater the hunt to your needs. If you want a very challenging, rigorous hunt, they can provide that; however, if you want a more easier and not-so-strenuous hunt, they can provide that as well – you just need to let the guide know what you want. You can scale the mountains and hunt on tough terrain or you can just ask the guide to drive you up to a plateau or hunting stand. I really enjoyed the diversity of hunts this place can offer. There is so much land, so it is definitely fair chase. Todd and Lynn helped me snag a 300lb Barbarossa Ram and Lynn helped my friend nail a huge boar. For an additional $100, they butcher, vacuum seal and freeze the meat, which is a great deal. The entire hunt, including butchering, tax and tip, cost me $885, which is a really great deal. I definitely plan to go again, this time maybe for a boar.
