Iowa deer hunting offers a whole new experience for the eastern whitetail enthusiast.The number of larger bucks you see in just a short week's time is unbelivable. Obviously, buck to doe ratios are near where they should be.Iowa farms and terrain are similar to ours back in northern West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania, just more level and a whole lot bigger. If you're looking for a friendly, family-type, no bull, relaxed hunting atmosphere, Shawn and Buck Woods, and everyone else at Hawkeye Whitetails strive, and come through with providing that. I would recommend them 100%, and I can't wait to go back to Iowa, visit with friends and great deer hunting, plus I can shop for antique tractors!
