Semi Guided, Not much information offered. All the deer were on the neighbors property. Plan on hunting fence line and hope the deer come over the fence. Dogs came in to hunting area and chase all the deer out.If you want to stay at the camp. Mice and dirty condition are there. They do have hot showers. If you need help don't count on Todd. Todd caters to his Tenn. buddys. Seen more deer to the hunting property then on the land. Hunting Dates were 22 Oct. to 27 Oct. E-Bay bought hunt. He might return your phone call if he feels like it.

Outfitter Response: This guy is a liar at best.He hung his own stand.So who's fault is it that he hunts on a fenceline.What a joke!Trophy Tracts does not provide lodging or food.So why is he complaining about his lodging on this site?Also...He bought his hunt on Ebay from someone that already had paid for his hunt and could not make the trip.What does the Ebay comment have to do with me?...ALSO I might add that Mr Briner got caught drawing on a 150 inch 10 pointer and blew it for himself(unless he was lying about that as well).I'm sure if he would have taken that buck he would not be on this site making false statements and whining! Kevin Briner should be AKA Kevin Whiner
