Overall Impression: very Poor

Five of us went down to hunt hogs 6/1 through 6/4/06 over bait. In those three days there was only one hog shot which was the last morning, and that was in the archery section with a rifle, so don't let them kid you about no rifle hunting ever in the archery area. I saw one hog the first morning which was about 35 lbs, I elected not to shoot, especially since we were told we'd be seeing hogs everywhere, BS. In total out of 5 guys hunting 11 hours a day for 3 days (165 total hunting hours approx) only one hog was taken, one guy missed the 35 lb hog I saw, and nobody else even had a chance to shoot, first you've got to see them. Also this plantation is 10,000 acres, on stand none of us were more than 300 yds apart and we were the only guys hunting the whole plantation during those three days. Seems a bit strange. If I had it to do over again I'd either go to Texas or Florida. One positive thing our guide Mike was personable. I really think the place has been horribly over hunted.
