this was my first elk hunt.I have nothing to compare to.I think they hunt hard and feed you better than you eat at home.too many grizz. for me.take a pistol a big pistol with you.I think you should see more elk than grizzaaaaa on a elk hunt.I will tell you that I will never forget this hunt.they gave me the 500 bucks back without asking.if you kill a elk here you have earned it.great country good people.you make it back out, you won't be scared of anything.2 out of 5 killed the week I was there a 3x3 and a 5x5
