Overall Impression: I was happy with it

We went to bostick for a turkey and wild hog 3 day hunt. The birds gobbled good but were henned up real bad. We probably would have done better if we had waited a week or two longer so some of the hens could be bred and the gobblers would have responded to the calls better. Everyone heard and saw a lot of birds but there was only one bird killed within the three days, but after all, it was the first week of the season and S.C's season is a month earlier than most states. The hog hunting from stands was not as productive as we hoped, but there are a lot of them there, they are just nocturnal. We ended up going on a dog hunt for hogs and did not regret it. It does cost a little more but very exciting and you are guaranteed a hog, which we actually killed two of. My friend shot a 600 pound boar and I killed a 200 pound sow. The dogs were on the hogs within 10 minutes.
