This is the case of out of state guides who have no idea where the deer are because they just get there 1 week before you. We went early season october 3-8 and it was cold too. While everone's on the food plots we're in the woods seeing nothing, heck 2 deer sighted not able to shoot, in two whole days. Bottom line great accomidation but poor animal quality. He's too busy working on his grapes rather then his hunters, and so are his guides. Not reccommended
