We showed up the evening before our hunt started. L.B. told us by phone we could stay at the ranch if we wanted, but he wouldn't be there until the next day. We entered the bunkhouse to mouse crap from wall to wall, spider webs hung form the ceiling down to the top bunk beds. We soon found out that the AC did not work and there was no hot water. Between the eight of us we managed to get them both working. The next morning we discovered about half of the feeders were emty or not working. No one showed up until the next day. When I talked to him on phone about our experience he called me names. Over all we were lied to about everything and were very unhappy.
