Three hunters from Wisconsin contracted with Serge Tessier for caribou hunting in August 2004. 10 days before the hunt, we were sent a letter stating that they were under the protection of the insolvency act of Canada. We paid in full almost $15,000. He messed with the wrong people.We have hired an attorney in Canada to pursue this matter and would welcome anyone that would like to join the cause. According to our attorney, Kanguk has not filed bankruptcy to date 10/06/04. Don't let this guy steal your money. Let's do what it takes to put him away.Please email gapellett@mbf-law.com.
