Powder River Bowhunts is owned by Gene Smith.He is not a licenced outfitter but owns 27 sq. miles of land and you draw landowner sponsorship tags. That's why there are no guides and hunt by yourself.Went in 2002,shot a P&Y antelope and spike buck on the last day of my hunt.Deer and antelope everywhere.You don't need a guide to find the deer,there are plenty around.Saw lots of mature 4x4.Drew tags for 2004.Booked for 2005.
