Hunting on public land (National Forest) 26 hunters all total in 3 different camps killed 26 6X6 bulls of various quality (hard to believe but true).. Bulls killed scored between 260 to 342 as I recall .. This was a draw hunt area for trophy bulls so the chance to kill a 6X6 was very good ... The first day of the hunt I saw a 370-380 bull that we could not catch up to in the timber .. I killed my 342 bull the second morning ... USO works as a "team" .. When a hunter scores, his guide helps scout for a hunter who has not yet scored .. Therefore, you may have your private guide but also have two or three other guides helping scout for you after the 2nd or 3rd day if you have not killed a bull yet .. What other outfitter would do this ?? .... None I have ever hunted with ...
