Just returned to California from a hunt on the Edmund Tom and I already want to go back. Can't wait till next year. My 10 yr old son got his first game animals, a hog and doe. We saw alot of game , including javalinas and coyotes. The turkeys were also gobbling. Saw armadillos, skunks and more great antlers than I've ever seen in my life.The woderful people at the ranch really made us feel at home. They are genuine good people. We ate and hunted to are hearts content. Mr.Tom along with his son JPat own and live on the ranch. They are friendly, honest,and hard working guides. Martha is the breakfast cook and I found myself wanting to leave the hunting area to get back for her delicious meals. You can be anywhere with great hunting, but it's the people you meet in camp that make the overall hunting experience a good one and the Edmund Tom Ranch has both.
