Overall Impression: great trip/more than a hunting trip

Vaureal Camp, 11/22-11/27, 2002. 18 inches of snow had fallen two days before we got there and the deer had been pushed towards the coast, where the Vaureal Sector is located. Most of the 12 hunters saw 200-250 deer a day. But if you are looking for antlers with points, get off the trails. 12 hunters, 19 bucks and 5 does (for the meat). Previous week was the same count. Take a camera, this is a combination vacation.hunting trip. No huge racks but lots of 8,9,10 pointers (but smaller racks than on the mainland)
