Hunter: Bill Pecoraro

Would Recommend: not for big antlered deer

Overall Impression: fair

Well organized with lots of farm country to hunt. Stands and farms to hunt are changed each day. Hunters are dropped off early each day and follow well marked trails to stands. Stands are good, confortable, permanent stands that are hunted over bait. Stands tend to be in very heavy cover with poor visibility, with only one shooting lane, and little regard for wind direction, greatly reducing you chances of getting a good buck. We saw a good number of bucks, but most were small. Too many hunters accommodated (over 20 each week) and they shot out too many average bucks, less than 120 B&C, thus greatly reducing the areas potential.
