Overall Impression: Very Impressed!!!

Three of us went up from 9/10 to 9/17. All three of us harvested Very good to Excellent bulls (2 each). We went to camp 26 where Sonny and Henry were the two most experienced guides (approx 15-20 years each). Sonny was also the camp manager. There was not a big migration through there at the time but the guides knew the area and the crossings very well and were able to put us on or near enough to game about every day. We were fortunate that we didn't have to move to another camp, but talked to others that were moved and they were very happy with their hunt also.We saw a lot more white manes than we thought that we would. Every one in our camp got 2 bulls each, and there were approx. 25% of those that had double shovels, double bez, double back points, and good tops. The guides were very realistic and helpful in preparing you for what to expect in regards to the number of animals moving through the area, how to dress for the day, and how other camps were doing. The meat, antlers, and capes were all very well attended to, and the camp was clean and well run. This is a class outfit, in my opinion and I would quickly recommend them to anyone who has realistic expectations out of a hunt. Make sure that you have spent plenty of range time with your rifle or bow, as the shots can be from 10 feet to 400 yds at standing, walking, or running caribou.
