I hunted with Dean this year the 1st week of September. I hunted with him back in 1999 and harvested a nice bear on the first day out. This year I never even saw a bear. The weather was bad with a lot of wind and weather that went from very cool to very warm. The vehicle that I rode in was in very rough shape. It had a terrible exhaust leak and the smell got on our hunting clothes every day as we went out. Dean is a great host that treats you like a friend.
