Pike County, Illinois Trophy Whitetail Deer Bowhunts 
The Land of Legends Outfitters is located in one of the most serene and
prime whitetail regions of Illinois, in legendary Pike County. We have practiced extensive trophy management for nearly 20 years.
Several trophies taken at Land of Legends have received 1st place honors in the annual Pike County Illinois Deer Camp. The Pike County Deer Camp was established to display and score trophy animals. Our hunts are fair chase semi-guided bow hunts on hundreds of acres of the best habitat in the county. I raise corn, soybeans, and wheat along with food plots throughout the farms.These farms are laced with creeks, ponds and springs, hard wood timbers and thick brushy bedding areas. Twenty years ago, along with our neighbors, we started a management program to give our young bucks a chance to mature. Our efforts paid off. Now with each passing year the number of big mature bucks has steadily increased. Bucks taken must be 140 or better.
