azy H Meadows is a family owned Iowa deer hunting outfitter. We offer excellent bow and gun hunts for trophy bucks in Iowa. We have under exclusive lease over 8,000 acres of prime whitetail habitat in southwestern Iowa. This includes a mix of wooded and farm land with lots of oak timber, corn, beans, and CRP fields. We hunt in Zone 3 and have more than 35 different hunting properties to avoid over hunting. At Lazy H Meadows, we specialize in Iowa deer hunting.
We archery hunt the last week of October thru Mid November during the rut. Archery hunts are 5 days, Saturday through Wednesday. Hunting site placement is at discretion of outfitter. Hunters need 1 vehicle for every 2-3 people. Tree stands are Not Supplied due to insurace regulations. Bring your own tree stands or blinds. Treestand hunters must have safety harness.

We use a New Super 8 Motel, reserved by us prior to the hunt. Motel is located at exit 10 on Int. 29 in Iowa.
Motel is included in price of hunt from Thursday at 1:00 P.M. check-in thru the next Wednesday night (7 nights). 11:00
A.M. check-out on Thursday. Rooms are modern, clean, TV, showers, etc. Continental Breakfast included. Two hunters per room. Single rooms can be requested at hunters expense. Motel is located within 5 miles of some hunting areas.
Everyone buys his or her own meals, Restaurants, fast foods, grocery stores, gas and convenience stores are with-in walking distance of motel. Nebraska City is 4 miles away, Wal-Mart, Sports stores, groceries, hardware, restaurants, etc. Restaurants are open 24 Hrs.

All Shotgun and Archery hunts are $1800.00, with $900.00 (50%) due to reserve your hunt. Balance due upon arrival for your hunt, in certified funds or cash. Deposits are non-refundable UNLESS you are not successful in drawing a license. Then deposit will be fully refunded or applied to next years hunt, whichever is your choice.
Non-Resident hunters must apply by telephone or on-line at Iowa D.N.R. web-page. Application for drawing is due First week in May thru First week in June (contact us for application assistance). Hunters born after January 2, 1967 must have a Hunter Safety Certificate. Non-Resident License fee is $525.00 for 2010, License allows for 1 buck and 1 doe.
